CoWorking For Kids Policy
Although CoWorking For Kids is very excited to launch its new distance learning support program, we also acknowledge the seriousness and uncertainty surrounding COVID-19. Our staff is 100% committed to supporting and executing CDC, state, and federal mandates and to keeping up to date safety measures.
As such our CoWorking space has constructed space rules, a daily cleaning schedule, and check in protocol to mitigate as much risk as possible. We’ve also provided additional links and resources for local, federal, and state COVID resources.
Turn Away Policy
In order to maintain our program and commitment to COVID-19 mitigation the following points will be strictly enforced to encourage safety for all staff and clients.
- Anyone with a temperature (student or staff) of 100.4 degrees or higher will not be permitted to enter our center that day. If the fever persists for longer than 2 days a negative COVID-19 test will need to be provided in order to readmit the student or staff member to the CoWorking Space.
- Anyone showing/ experiencing symptoms of sickness such as a sore throat, a cough, diarrhea, severe headache, vomiting, or body aches should remain home until symptoms have passed. If symptoms last longer than three days a negative COVID-19 test will need to be provided to readmit the individual to the CoWorking Space.
- If a student or staff member has interacted with a confirmed COVID-19 case, they will not be permitted into the center until a negative test can be provided.
- Any student, client, or staff member who refuses to wear a mask during the CoWorking hours, or abide by the space rules will be asked to leave.
